Subject: Clear docs about .modulebuildrc
It is unclear from the man page whether options in .modulebuildrc apply to subgoals when specified for a supergoal. Example: # .modulebuildrc docs verbose=1 Will then invoking "./Build html" be verbose? It is unclear from the man page. Please clarify it.
