Subject: xxx,v files are not checked by cvs make test to fail
t/01Rcs.t needs the file t/rcs_testfiles/dir/RCS/file,v But cvs cannot check out xxxxxxxx,v files. So if VCS is checked out from cvs, this may cause a problem. The proposed patch should take care of this.
