Hi, Xml simple parser is showing following error when xml file content contains TELEFÓNICA or GESTÃO string. This error is coming whenever content contains this type of characters. xml file is getting opened properly on browsers. error:- not well-formed (invalid token) at line 84, column 117, byte 12185 at c:/..../XML/Parser.pm line 187 Please have this fixed. The message you quote is quite clearly indicating that your XML document is not well-formed. This is not a bug in the parser it's a problem with your XML document. You might find this helpful: http://perl-xml.sourceforge.net/faq/#encodings
