Subject: Ability to specify modules for prerequisites scanning to disregard.
Module::Release::scan_prereqs calls Test::Prereq's prereq_ok routine with no parameters. It would be nice if it had a setting in the releaserc that gave a list of modules to disregard.

I added a bit of code in 2.04_01 to try this. Put an ignore_prereqs line in your config and let me know how it works out.
