Subject: POD coverage tests fail, preventing installation
Just because POD coverage isn't perfect, doesn't mean a module shouldn't be installed at all by end users. The pod coverage test in this module runs at install time, preventing installation if the slightest thing goes wrong with it.
Which tests failed? There are no CPAN Testers results which fail: http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/N/Net-Amazon-S3.html#Net-Amazon-S3-0.52 Cheers, Leon

Look on that page you linked. See that band of yellow and red between 0.42 and 0.50. THOSE tests failed. The principle stands though. If, in the future, something changes in the Pod parser or Devel::Cover in a way that makes this test genuinely or spuriously fail, do you really want to prevent me having this module entirely? (Obviously, unless I'm willing to make a judgement call that I can ignore failing tests. But try telling that to my nazi sysadmin or my automated build software...
