Subject: Attribute::Params::Validate 1.07 incompatible with Attribute::Handlers 0.78_01
Attribute::Params::Validate 1.07 (from Params-Validate-0.91) is incompatible with Attribute::Handlers 0.78_01, as it looks like the API changed. Workaround: upgrade Attribute::Handlers to at least 0.79 (verified with 0.79 and 0.81) The Makefile.PL should be fixed to report this so that the CPAN shell could auto upgrade Attribute::Handlers.
