Dear Sir, First of all, Thank you for your excellent work. I think it really help me to achive some goals. However, I still encounter some problems. When I read a PSI format file from HPRD,it occured to an error about "Cann't call method 'first_child' on an undefined value at psi25.pm line 433" or "Cann't call mehod 'att' on an undefined value at psi.pm line 396". I want to know why? Besides,I wonder if you can give some examples used to explain your work clearly. Thanks! -- Mingkang Zheng Department of Systems Biology,HUST

The best place to look for use cases (at least for now) is within the test suite. As for the bug, was there a specific XML file that triggered the error?
