Hi, I am using RT 3.8.2 and it is working fine with external authentication with Active Directory. I am using RT-Authen-ExternalAuth-0.08. The only problem I am facing is, unprivileged users need to login twice to get in to RT. When they apply their username and password it takes them back to the same page. When they enter this information again, it works. Surprisingly, it works ok with privileged users. Any suggestions? Please let me know. Regards, Dushyant Dave

This sounds like a bug we fixed in the middle of the RT 3.8 series, and it is much more likely to be an RT bug than something specific to RT-Authen-ExternalAuth
