Subject: suggest Term::Size have the system-dependent gambits

As a suggestion, I think it'd be better to have the main Term::Size adapt itself to whatever system-dependent gambits may help DOS, VMS, etc, rather than separate modules for those and asking users to switch to a Term::Size::Any. Although there could conceivably be a lot of different possible ways to get a size, I think in practice there's only a small number which would be associated with a given file descriptor in a natural way.
Sorry. I will keep Term::Size as the original code dealing with Unix ioctl only. The smart module will be Term::Size::Any.
