Subject: Distribution has very outdated Module::Install
Text::Trac comes with Module::Install 0.63. Current version is 0.79. Between the two there have gone nearly 3 years, numerous bugfixes, lots of deprecations. Please upgrade your copy, it is seriously broken and outdated. Thanks,
