Subject: Does not work on 5.6.2
While watching results on cpantesters I found that the POD construct =encoding utf-8 does not work on 5.6.2. You may want to declare a dependency on 5.008 as described here: http://wiki.cpantesters.org/wiki/CPANAuthorNotes Thanks!
