Subject: problem with russian chars
Filesys-SmbClient 1.5 samba 3 perl 5.8.0 RedHat Linux 2.4.18-14 I had a problem to define in what character set does Filesys-SmbClient return russian names of files/shares/dirs. when i use Filesys-SmbClientParser i know that the character set is cp866 (becouse i define it in smb.conf) how can i solve this problem? ) p.s. sorry for my english

libsmbclient.so read $ENV{HOME}/.smb/smb.conf You can try to set this here.
