Subject: License of Archive::Cpio?
I'm looking to package Archive::Cpio for Fedora, but I can't seem to find the license for this package. Did you intend to license this package "under the same terms as Perl itself", that is, GPL v1+ and the Artistic License? (or maybe the LGPL v2+...? :))

I'm also looking for more explicit licensing information. seems to be missing in current version 0.10

Could please do that. There is yet another attempt to get your code into Fedora <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1666844> and it will probably fail because of that.
