Intall on Windows via the CPAN shell fails because the OS is not case sensitive. E.g. the following files are considered the same, so the untarring fails: t/acceptance/wsdl/private/RunningService.wsdl t/acceptance/wsdl/private/RunningService.WSDL Likewise, standard tools like winzip cannot extract both files
