Subject: 1.10 not detected as "most recent" by CPAN/CPANPLUS
1.9 is numerically higher than "1.10", so it's still being selected as the most recent version to install by the CPAN.pm and CPANPLUS systems. In the short term, you can fix this by re-releasing 1.10 as 1.91 or 2.0. In the future, you can number modules like "1.09" to avoid the issue.
