Hi David
I have been trying to use the pubchem module written by you and i must
say it is very nice but i have had couple of issues using it.
Apparently when i try to print the test examples i see that for the
parameters InChI string and XLogP2 i see the output to be something
like this
Use of uninitialized value in printf at ./test.pl line 14.
and i presume this is because the module might be a little out of date in
the sense that pubchem now uses XLogP3 instead of XLogP2. So i wonder if
there is a way to fix this. Also the documentation that is available when
i type "perldoc WWW::Search::PubChem" is rather limited and so i wonder if
it is possible to have some details on what other data/elements can be
obtained when i use pubchem module.
Thanks for your help
