Undeclared dependency on Filter::Util::Call

While watching cpantesters results I found that there are fail reports both because of missing dependency on Filter::Util::Call and on YAML. The YAML is bogus because you declare that dependency. But it would be nice if you could declare the Filter::Util::Call one. Thanks,
