Subject: dir_target method removed from ExtUtils::MakeMaker v6.19+ cause compile failure with latest Tk
There really isn't much to say on this, just that MSCHWERN removed the dir_target method from recent MakeMaker builds. So, no matter what platform you are on, upgrading to MakeMake v6.19 or greater means you will have to hack pTk's Makefile.PL ino order to get it to build right. There isn't much documentation on what you should do instead of dir_target, so I just commented out the offending lines in the hope that it won't cause too much trouble.

Fixed in Tk804.025_beta6 - also batch for Tk800.025 in my CPAN area.
