Subject: Does not work with perl 5.6.2

If you do not want to support 5.6.2, please add a 'use 5.008' to your Makefile.PL or choose some other alternative so that the FAILs are converted to NAs. This is an unrelated unicode bug, it will be fixed in the next version by skipping the unicode related tests in perl5.6.X
