This morning, Monday 2 Feb about 1:00am moscow time, there seems to be
no xls links on the page chosen by F-Q-Sberbank,

Perhaps when a $link is not found a suitable message could be included
in the results. Perhaps the previous month could be attempted too.
Incidentally, if you change TZ to do some date work it'd be good to
restore the setting afterwards (including possibly not set at all), in
case other parts of a program depend on it.
