Subject: transcript2 glyph not drawing exons properly
When using the glyph transcript2, it does not draw a feature if it has exons that have been added using $feature->add_exon(). It will draw the length of the feature as a long empty block with a pointed end to show which strand it belongs on.

Bio::Graphics is no longer part of the BioPerl core distribution. Tickets for Bio::Graphics should be submitted to that distribution's RT queue.

Sorry, my mistake, was in the wrong queue myself!
