Hi Steve,
I had a spent a lot of time fiddling and wandering around cpan and the
sourceforge pages, but couldn't seem to figure out how to get my
default configuration file to work with Perl Tidy without tinkering
with the module directly.
In the hope I might be able to save other windows users the struggles I
went through I offer a small stub of text to put somewhere in the
module documentation (eg. installation notes or usage guide of Perl
Tidy) to help other fellow Windows Perlers'.
Feel free to edit or crop this if its too long and wordy.
