It is normal for CPAN to have .zip archives (and .tar.bz2 is possible.
but not used). I cannot use other type of archive because of CPAN
restrictions (.tar.gz generated with my tar on Windows has
world-writable files). I'd suggest to submit this as a bug to Webmin and
send me link to it in their bug tracker. In case this bug will be
rejected, I can try other ways to solve this problem - but I can change
only my modules.
If you have fresh Perl like 5.10.0, no bugs were fixed or features added
in Text::ParseWords since then.
