I can't install Video::Info via CPAN.pm. I have to install it by
installing one of its dependent modules, like Video::Info::Magic.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it certainly seems like it.
I have a module that is related to Video::Info, and I will be uploading
it to PAUSE soon. I wanted to add Video::Info to recommends => {}, but
if CPAN.pm cannot find it, then this could be a problem.
