Caller ID in the UK does not report names; the corresponding part of the
byte stream is simply omitted. With a modem configured for formatted
mode (AT#CID=1) this results in the 'NAME = xxx' line not being emitted and in hex mode (AT#CID=2) there is no parameter of type '0x07'. This
results in Callerid::parse_raw_cid_string unnecessarily warning "error
parsing name, too short, yet not private".
