Subject: Catalytst::Dispatch::Chained
If I run the application it works. If I define both CATALYST_DEBUG and DBIC_TRACE, when it starts if fails with following error: Can't call method "reverse" on an undefined value at /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0/Catalyst/DispatchType/Chained.pm line 102. before to be able to execute any action.

Does that still happen with 5.8000_06? If so, can you provide a testcase so we can reproduce the problem and fix it?
