Subject: Falsely reporting missing files in PDL's MANIFEST
When building PDL 2.3.2 and running Makefile.PL I get a false warning about missing files: Extracting Types.pm Checking if your kit is complete... Warning: prerequisite ExtUtils::F77 1.1 not found. Should be fixed by Ken's patch in 413. Waiting for tests.
