You may have noticed that SENGER/WWW-Spiegel_V1.0.tar.gz has only
received FAIL reports on cpantesters (with one dubious exception):

I looked at the Makefile.PL and the line jumped into my eye:
NAME => 'WWW::Spiegel',
For some reason, nobody before seems to have chosen to put colons into
the NAME attribute. Just being curious I tried to replace the colons
with a dash
NAME => 'WWW-Spiegel',
and voila, all tests pass.
Faszinating. I think you wrote a test case for MakeMaker:)
