New behavior of the fallback service requires the referer to be the translate service URL. Version 0.04 will make sure the referer is an acceptable value.

This typo is fixed for version 0.04.

I am unable to duplicate the bug when using my API key and a custom referer value. Without the API key, the service returns 403 Forbidden when the referer value is not the translation service URL. There will be a work-around for this in version 0.04.
