Amendment suggested: subroutine WRITE in
.../lib/Authen/SASL/Cyrus/Security.pm returns 1, it should return the
length of the string digested i.e. please add "return(length($string));"
as its last statement.
Before amendment, ldap -> search terminated to shell prompt and with
diagnostic "Broken pipe". Afterwards, searching a directory in this way
succeeded.
