Subject: Cleaning up temporary directory
Apache2-ASP-2.06 leaves behind in the /tmp/ directory after the test: 2008-12-05T21:20:16 288894 /tmp/asp-upload-test.txt 2008-12-05T21:20:17 288894 /tmp/H9l9gKID9n 2008-12-05T21:20:17 288894 /tmp/XcnfjiDBlD 2008-12-05T21:20:32 13312 /tmp/apache2_asp_applications Please clean up:) Thanks!
Oops, I spoke too soon. It seems to depend on other factors as well. Some perl versions on my smoker leave less traces, but all leave two temfiles like this: 2008-12-05T21:19:35 288894 /tmp/dtSRF0x0sA 2008-12-05T21:19:35 288894 /tmp/sVkb_5g69R I suggest you tackle first the common case and we see later if the worse case is so releveant. OK? Thanks.

I'll make this update in the 2.09 release next week. Thanks for reporting this :)
I have not watched my /tmp/ directory for a while but I just found again files coming from Apache2-ASP testing. These are predictable filenames and as such they are a security hazard and should really be avoided like hell. I found left behind: -rw-r--r-- 1 sand sand 288894 2009-11-14 07:13:47 asp-upload-test.txt -rw-r--r-- 1 sand sand 27893 2009-11-14 07:13:42 test-file.pdf And while the test was running I had a glimpse of -rw-r--r-- 1 sand sand 10240 2009-11-14 07:13:44 apache2_asp_applications
