As the subject line says. I've found FAIL reports with
t/scalar_util....runloop unable to compile 'package main; use
B::XSUB::Dumber qw(reftype); reftype([])': Can't locate B/Generate.pm in
@INC (@INC contains: /tmp/CPAN-Reporter-lib-w7Wd
/home/sand/.cpan/build/B-XSUB-Dumb[...]
