that allows CPAN tools to be more effective (ex: http://search.cpan.org,
http://deps.cpantesters.org/).
It is generated with `make dist`.
Please use latest ExtUtils::MakeMaker and specify license.
Example for WriteMakefile call in Makefile.PL (if license is perl):
($ExtUtils::MakeMaker::VERSION ge '6.31'?
('LICENSE' => 'perl', ) : ()),
You can also specify minimum perl version required to be put in META.yml:
($ExtUtils::MakeMaker::VERSION ge '6.48'?
('MIN_PERL_VERSION' => 5.???,) : ()),

P.S. In current case, I'm not able to see all dependencies of
Task::CatInABox.
