Subject: t/11-xml-base-rss fails everywhere unless skipped
I have parsed all cpan testers reports about 0.3 and found not a single one has an ok in the t/11-xml-base-rss test. Most have skipped the test. For just one failing test, see http://nntp.x.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/2662495 Let me know if I can provide further data. Thanks,

I shouldn't really have put this test in - it relied on upstream patches to XML::RSS which were accepted but modified slightly which would make this test fail (if you had the lateast version of XML::RSS installed). This is fixed in SVN and all tests should pass (and the minimum version of XML::RSS required is upped). Just waiting for a couple of ancillary yaks to be shaved and then a new version of XML::Feed will be released.

This is now fixed in 0.40 - the the version of the XML::RSS dependency has been upped and the test is now always run.
