Hi,
while packaging an update for this perl module for NetBSD's pkgsrc, I
found that your CPAN distribution does not appear to contain a change
log. Surely, that must be an oversight?
I hope you can add it to your distribution.

You mean it's a concious decision, not an oversight that your package
doesn't contain a change log, summarizing what's changed in each
version of your package?
That seems ... suboptimal... and makes your packge deviate from what
appears to be the norm.
Is there any way to convince you to do the extra work of publishing a
change log?
