Subject: "prereq is not installed" bug for CPAN.pm
Hello Randy, Can you take a look at bug#40224 ( http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=40224 ) for CPAN.pm? It may be actually a problem with CPAN::SQLite, because it happens only when "use_sqlite" configuration setting is active. -- Serguei Trouchelle
