The following code results in the NEXT directive, within the WHILE loop,
incorrectly incrementing the FOREACH iterator. It does still return
control to the start of the inner WHILE as documented, but subsequent loop
elements are skipped.

Following output is missing lines for 5 (skipped in iteration 4) and 7, 8
