Subject: ExtUtils::CBuilder should be specified as configure_requires
See the subject. build_requires is too late, ExtUtils::CBuilder has to be installed before Build.PL is called. Regards, Slaven

Thanks for the report. This has already been fixed in the repository and I'll cut a new release... oh, I was waiting to fix some Windows issues but I might as well do it now.
