What's broken on these websites because of this?

On http://search.cpan.org/dist/Digest-SHA1/ it would show license. http://deps.cpantesters.org/?module=Digest%3A%3ASHA1&perl=any+version&os=any+OS would show Digest::base as dependency and probability of it's install. Now it outputs "Couldn't get dependencies". In future license in META.yml will allow dists to ports converters to automatically pick license. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net
