Subject: Test-Files fails with old versions of Test::Builder::Tester
The Makefile.PL allows any version of Test::Builder::Tester (now part of Test::Simple) however it fails almost all tests with version 1.01. It works at least with Test::Simple 0.62 (Test::Builder::Tester version 1.02). You should probably require this version or better in the Makefile.PL
