Subject: Possibly wrong perl version specification in Build.PL
In some NA test reports (for example http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/2008/10/msg2505137.html) I see the following line - ERROR: perl (5.8.8) is installed, but we need version >= 5.7 This indicates that the perl version is not specified correctly: either use 5.7.0 or 5.007.
