The link to the ICU web site is out of date for the Locales::Country and
Locales::Languages documentation. It moved from
oss.software.ibm.com/icu/ to www.icu-project.org/ a long time ago.
Then again, I'm not sure why the documentation provides links to ICU's
web site. Other than being a great internationalization library that
handles locales and CLDR, there isn't a description explaining the
relationship between these perl modules and ICU.
