Subject: text option to store is "ignored" on ticket creation
When creating tickets via REST with RT 3.8(.1; seems to have broken a lot of things, yet renewed interest in using this code...) the ticket has its body created from the text supplied, but RT seems to be unaware of it when sending Transaction notices.
Turns out this was due to a problem with interactions between http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/AddAttachmentLinksToMail and &RT::Transaction_Overlay::Attachments. "Solution" added to the former.
