Schwern said "As long as we're talking platitudes, why don't we just say you never have to upgrade!" yet Acme::Magic::Pony only installs modules, it doesn't upgrade them. :(

This is noted in the TODO section of the POD. If such functionality was added, perhaps it should be optional, as it will certainly be quite a pain. Care to submit a patch?

I had planned on looking into this last weekend but a minor family crisis prevented it (ended up at my parent's without internet access or a mini cpan). I will try again this weekend.
