Live tests broken if Crypt::SSLeay is not installed

It seems that the live https test always fails if Crypt::SSLeay is not installed. For a sample report see http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/2008/10/msg2397233.html This problem is probably causing also failures in other distribution. Regards, Slaven
