I have a few users not really familiar with the latin alphabet and
wanted to be able to select the number of characters and numbers in the
captcha.
It is a trivial 2 line patch, though I did not come up with a good name
for the property yet. I choose
$self->{_numbers_percentage} but I'm sure we can do better.
