I put this error on PerlMonks, but nobody seemed to know how to help.
I can't install even straightforward modules (for example, HTML::Template).
I get the above error, more specifically:
CPAN.pm: Going to build S/SA/SAMTREGAR/HTML-Template-2.9.tar.gz
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good
Writing Makefile for HTML::Template
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ERROR: Cannot copy 'Template.pm' to 'blib\lib\HTML\Template.pm': No
such file or directory

dmake.EXE: Error code 130, while making 'pm_to_blib'
SAMTREGAR/HTML-Template-2.9.tar.gz
C:\strawberry\c\bin\dmake.EXE -- NOT OK
Running make test
Can't test without successful make
Running make install
Make had returned bad status, install seems impossible
Failed during this command:
SAMTREGAR/HTML-Template-2.9.tar.gz : make NO
but, this also happens if I install the module directly, without cpan.
It happens with version 5.8 and 5.10. I've uninstalled and
reinstalled, and I've removed all previous versions of perl from my
computer.
Please tell me what else I can send you to help.
The makefile is attached.
