Subject: libwww 5.815 breaks t/internal/auth.t test
On one of my smoke boxes I found that the libwww 5.815 release breaks t/internal/auth.t test. Downgrading fixes. I have no idea whose bug it is, so I put it into the mod_perl queue and CC Gisle. HTH, Regards, PS: this is the second breakage I have followed, the first was MetaSyntactic, see #39655
