Bug #39623 for Lingua-Treebank: [Lingua::Treebank] Features added to Lingua-Treebank

Hi, I've made some changes to the Lingua_Treebank v.0.16 1) adding of 3 options to get-words -tags which outputs tagged output compliant with bikel's parser -tags-only which outputs only tagged output -change punct which transforms all punctuation's tags to PTB's punctation tagset (usefull for treebank for any other language than english actually 2) renaming of the scripts to TB* , you might find it less than usefull but as some of my students are using it, it's way easier for them to remember the scripts when they start by a common prefix such as TB I'd be really happy if you could include the first one, for the second it's not that important anyway thanks again for this nice tool Djamé
