Test want.t fails on older versions of Want.pm (notably 0.12) as
Want::howmany does not return undef when we've been called in an
unlimited list context.
Unfortunately as Want is not a strict dependency CPAN testers will still
test this even with old want installed.
Must investigate if it is possible to specify a dependency that says
"Want, if present, must be at least..."
